One issue after the other! I'm single and do maybe a load a week. Fabric Softener dispenser never drains. Drying is simply NOT a real feature. Clothes come out wet and need to be taken to laundromat or hung up

I bought this several months ago for my new house. It works okay; the drier feature is weird and doesn't give as good results as a conventional drier, or even a conventional condenser dryer, but it does work if you let it. The Tag-On feature, however, will not work with my Apple iPhone. The machine has a large Wifi symbol on the back but you cannot connect it to your wifi network unless you have an Android phone with NFC, re: page 39 of manual says only be used with ... phones ... based on Android OS. There is an iOS app which will listen to the LG SmartDiagnosis modem tones thing and keep a running tally if you use that feature repeatedly. I'm disappointed; I do not recall seeing Android OS ONLY in LG marketing material.

We've had this machine for well over a year now, and couldn't be happier. I normally don't write reviews, but after reading some of the reviews, I felt compelled to do so. First, keep in mind that this is an all in one machine. You can't put a load of wash in, then transfer it to the larger capacity dryer when finished, and start the next load in the washer. So you have to plan differently. Some complain about the long dry cycle. Yes, the cycle is longer than a conventional dryer, but the wash cycle is shorter, so that is sort of negated. Someone complained there is no plain dry cycle. Actually, there is, it just isn't on the knob. It's a matter of pressing the appropriate selections on the right hand side of the control panel. Someone complained that the clothes never dry, even after hours of running. Because of the technology, the clothes won't feel bone dry like they do when coming out of a conventional dryer. The environment has a high humidity, so therefore the clothes have a slightly damp feel to them that quickly dissipates after removal from the dryer. Occasionally, if there are too many clothes being dried, yes you will have to dry for a while longer, but you quickly become acclimated to what is dry and what is not. Someone complained about how hot the clothes are at the end of the cycle. It goes into an automatic cool down cycle after dryer for an anti wrinkle purpose. If you let this run for 15-20 minutes, the clothes will not be quite so hot, and mostly without wrinkles. All in all, this machine is perfect in our 175 year old house for just my wife and I. It replaced a huge, stackable, HE front loading set. I love this machine and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely love it!

I both this washer dryer combo 3 months ago for my tiny home and love it! Although the machine is tiny, it fits perfect in my space and I can do full loads. Washes in about 40 mins and drys in 2 hours. Very quiet I barely ever know it's running

Great with a few flaws

I have owned this machine for over a half year and haven't had an issue with maintenance thus far. Seeing the bad reviews, yes this takes longer than usual to dry clothes, but you must understand its a set it and forget it situation. I love that I turn it on and don't need to transfer the clothes. I also love that it is fairly quiet when running the water and has worked flawless every wash. Now for the not so perfect:The noises (chimes, dings, music) are absurdly annoying and loud. When the machine is done with the job it plays like a 30 second song... why?? There is no way of turning this off or set on a lower volume. Also, there is not a setting for a dry only setting. This is an obvious setting they missed.
