Won't connect to Apple Homekit

Device advertises it is apple homekit compatible but it will not connect. Device did not come with APPLE QR to scan. Customer service via phone was unable to assist

So far it works well. My last Frigidaire a/c,didn't last a year. I hope to get more use out of this one.

Our GE-AHEKOAC is great when its working properly. But when it get stuck in sleep mode you cannot get it out. Ours is in a coma. We can hear the timer ticking but cannot get it to come on!!! OMG!! We are in Mississippi, it June, and its 98 degrees!!!

This air conditioner is nice and quiet and small an excellent fan that blows very far and the price was right on target for what I was looking to spend
